This is a shared Condo with the host, so you won't be overwelmed by transient guests in and out. The bathroom, kitchen, and balcony are shared spaces with the host. A clean and calm pad is the esthetic so the padmate and host are required to do their part to ensure the apartment remains clean and vermin free. Padmates are encouraged to purchase their supplies at any of the local retail options. The mini fridge and mini freezer are specifically for the padmate to house their groceries. This will not be shared with the host. Padmates can also use all of the empty cabinets in the kitchen area. All of the hosts' items will be stored out of the way and won't be comingled with padmates belongings.
