Olivia Has an Apartment for Rent

I'm trans, I've got two cats that are very friendly, looking for someone near my age for a lease through the end of September, possibly extending beyond that depending on circumstances. I'm quiet and don't smoke, I go to bed around 10pm most nights and wake up early. I take a lot of baths but I'll plan them around your schedule so as to not use all the hot water. I have a semi-furnished living room but the room itself is not furnished. The room is the middle size room in the unit and is upstairs. The kitchen has granite counters and there is a washer/dryer in-unit.
