Vibrant Coliving Space with Community Has a Room for Rent

Based in the heart of the Gaslamp Quarter our property is within walking distance of major tourist sites and it's just steps to the bars, restaurants and night clubs. We are just 5 blocks from the convention center and 15 minute walk to the baseball stadium. Our community is made up of international and domestic travelers, professionals who work in town during the week, convention goers and sometimes military folks looking for adventure off base. Our vibe is relaxed but professional. We have a large kitchen with all the cookware and stuff you need to whip up a meal with dry and refrigerator storage. We have lounge where we have activities 4 days a week and currently a game room (that might be put on hiatus in the summer months), with table shuffleboard and foozball. We clean dorm and private rooms daily and you are welcome to ask for new sheets and towels as you wish. We do not have in-room bathrooms. They are in the hallway and are mixed gender but every toilet and shower is fully enclosed and lockable. We do not allow guests due to the community environment and for safety reasons. We also do not take children or pets and we are a non-smoking/non-vaping facility. And, we are the most instagram-ready hostel in the downtown area with glass atrium ceiling, grand staircase and myriad of plants. As a historically-designated building atop two restaurants, we do not have an elevator and are located on the second and third floors.
