ANNE Has a House for Rent

My homestay is on the lower level of my home with views of the front and back gardens. I'm located two blocks from three different bus routes connecting to Skytrain stations. The kitchen/laundry room faces the private, fenced back garden. The two private bedrooms are well lit and both have large windows and privacy venetian blinds. The shared bathroom has a six ft. soaker tub with cedar skirting and a pedestal sink. The two bedrooms are fully furnished with area rugs, sheets, pillowcases, duvet and a desk and chair. One bedroom has a gas fireplace and the other bedroom has a huge closet. The kitchen has all necessary utensils included, with all appliances necessary to prepare meals. There are two small fridges, each with a freezer. With a heat pump, my home remains warm in winter and cool in summer. I will need access to the shared clothes washer at a mutually agreed time each week. My interests include choir singing, volunteer committees, gardening and walking in local parks, enjoying nature. I also enjoy a good murder mystery, either a book or a TV show. I work full time and welcome you to my home!
