Room for rent

I have a room that will be available May 1. Room is in a 3 bedroom home centrally located. Room can easily be repainted if there is an interest in room but dislike color. Furnished with bed, vanity/desk, small dresser, tv and new ceiling fan with remote for adjustable light and fan settings. If you have some of your own furniture we can see what we can work out. Bedding/drapes can be changed to your preference. There will be another room in a month or two if it is more suitable. You would have access to all common areas. Living room, kitchen,dining room, patio, and laundry. Currently making improvements in many areas of home. There will be a separate tv area downstairs when renovations are completed.
