Apartment for rent by end of may (1 dog)

Hi!! I’m 34 and with one dog. I work full time and partly at home. I’m pretty introverted and keep to myself but I do like talking and visiting and making it feel like a home and not two strangers living here lol. I am a super night owl so sometimes I’m up late but the I like to respect the space and time so I don’t like to be loud . I try to keep the place clean and tidy. my latest roomie and I have been here for at least 11 months now and she is just happening to be moving out once the lease is up! The apartment had just been remodeled before we moved in , hard floors new electric, new appliances . You would have the bedroom to yourself and just shared bathroom , kitchen and living room. I don’t allow my dog in the other bedroom because that would be your space and I also don’t let her in the furniture . Just give her 5 mins and she’ll be your best friend. Family/partner/ friends are welcome to visit of course. I feel like there’s tons more to say but I’m open to tons of questions !
