Karina Has a House for Rent

Hello! I have a fully furnished room for rent in my 4 bedroom house with a shared bathroom in a Sparks neighborhood. I am asking $900 for rent a month, utilities included. The room will include a queen sized bed, a dresser, a tv, a cabinet and your own closet. You would be responsible for your own groceries and hygiene products. I have 2 refrigerators in the home along with cabinet space so there is plenty of space for groceries. I do have WiFi so you would be more than welcome to connect to it if you'd like. I also have a washer and dryer in the house that can be used. The front yard is fully gated with cameras surrounding the house for safety reasons. No dogs or cats please.
