Julz Has an Apartment for Rent

Hi and Welcome! We live in Long Beach. Just 15 minutes down Long Beach Blvd straight to the beach with a 5 minute walk to the bus stop. Centrally located to all major attractions like Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm, and Universal Studios. We are a small family and have a room available to rent. We enjoy hosting foreign exchange students, nurses and doctors. Last summer, we had French and Italian students stay with us. We like to help them get situated and be a tour guide and show them the sites from Long Beach, LA to San Diego. We have a large living room where you can enjoy Netflix or Prime. Or go outside on the balcony for some fresh air, listen to the relaxing water fall and get a healthy dose of sunshine too. In addition, a good size kitchen that you are welcome to create your own food of choice. On Sundays, we go to church, have lunch then take a stroll on 2nd and PCH or on the beach. We all enjoy swimming, my daughter ice skating, and son going to the Pasadena flea market. Just inquire if you have any questions. I like to speak English and Spanish to my kids. However, at the moment we are all learning Italian.
