The roommate who is leaving is looking to sell her furniture, so there is the option to buy the existing bedroom furniture. You will be sharing the apartment with 2 girls working in tech. The apartment also features a balcony with a wonderful view. The building includes a gym, sauna, and swimming pool. There's also a shuttle that takes you to the subway in the mornings. We're right near the westside highway too so if you enjoy biking or running, it's a great location. It's honestly a great building in a wonderful part of the city.
