Garrett Has a House for Rent

My girlfriend and I currently live in the top floor of this house. We both work full times jobs and are pretty easygoing! We have a pet husky who is 8 years old. His name is Koda and he's very friendly, we are open to having another dog if they were to get along! We try to keep the place clean and have a full gym in the basement that can be used by anyone who moves in addition to a sauna in the backyard! House built in 2022 we were the seconds tenants to live here (it's basically brand new). 2-3 rooms for rents $850-1350 depending on the room you would like. Master bedroom available as well as Jack and Jill room that would be for one person and an additional smaller room in the basement that would be the cheaper room. In additional I have a full gym in the basement and a tradition sauna in the backyard! All these amenities would be available to roommates. 1 Garage spots and street parking available. My 2 current roomates are moving in to their own places in April so looking to fill that gap! Move in is officially April 26th however the Master bedroom and downstairs room will not be occupied after March 1st and we could do a discounted rent until April 26th for anyone who'd like to move in earlier than the 26th
