It's also furnished with 2 shelving units and a large desk if required, and measures to 9.5ft by 10ft. -Internet is included in the rent price. -Hydro would be $50 approximately (includes central heating and air conditioning) -Lockers need to be rented for a fee if required while bike storage is free -Unit has a laundry machine which doubles as a washer and dryer -Unit also has a dishwasher.
