Shannon Has a House for Rent

Single, furnished bedroom downstairs that is bathroom adjacent. The bathroom has a shower and bathtub and would only be shared if guests are over, but we don’t have guest here often. Home is located in a safe, beautiful neighborhood close to the 55 freeway, and very near to Chapman University in central Orange County. I am a single mother with an 11 year old daughter who is here half the week. We keep a very clean home and are very peaceful. There are two sweet cats, Lizzy and Moxy. Transportation would be up to the renter, as I work long days and have a very busy schedule. There is an extra living area with a tv and couch that you are welcome to use to enjoy some down time. Food will not be provided, but there are many local grocery stores near by.
