The room is 10’ x 11’, tile floor, with your own closet (about 8’ x 2.5’). Room is fresh painted. Central AC. The house has a very large backyard with a screened in patio (couches, hammock, and a punching bag area). The house is right by Curry Ford and Goldenrod.
