Chaune Has a House for Rent

Two family private house, I live on the first floor with my husband and son. Second floor is self sufficient and can host single or a couple. The neighborhood is safe and is not far away from New York City attractions, by train or by car about 30 minutes from the Empire state building, Grand Central, Times Square, the World Trade Center and Central Park, Staten Island Ferry to Statue of Liberty, the High Line and the Prospect Park, just to name a few. Host share kitchen and bath on the first floor. This is a brick building and is about 10 to 15 minutes walk away from the 2 and 5 trains. Supermarkets and corner stores are nearby. Also near the major city hospital in case of emergency.
