Room for Rent in House

Available February 1, 2025. Room available for rent in Stonecrest, Hanford. Furnished, but furniture can be removed upon request. Room is located upstairs with great natural light and bathroom down the hall. Renter will have access to living room, kitchen, laundry room, dining room and guest bathroom downstairs. Pool will be available for swimming come summer. There are garden beds on either side of the house for anyone interested in gardening. There is a spot for parking in the driveway of the house. We have two fridges, which will give you a designated shelf and drawer. You also get two shelves in the pantry for your food. Lots of storage room in bathroom closet and hall closet. TV in living room is ready with multiple streaming apps and surround sound system. The room is for 1 person only no couples, kids, or etc. One dog who is good with dogs is welcome as there is always dogs in the house. Free pet sitting offered for anyone who goes out of town for work, military. Cats also welcome but must be kept in bedroom at all times. Animals must be spayed/neutered. The $800 covers rent and all utility bills. So a flat fee of $800 due on the 1st of each month in cash, Zelle, or Apple Pay.
