Amelia Has a House for Rent

We have two fully furnished rooms available now to sublet until June 1st 2025. Longer or shorter-term leases may also considered; depending on the situation. Our house is conveniently located in Fall Creek: walking distance to Cornell, bus stops, Farmer's Market, Ithaca Commons, and Ithaca Falls. The house has 4 bedrooms, 1.5 bathrooms, a large yard and deck, a washer and dryer in-unit, and off-street parking available. The $75 monthly utility charge includes internet, water, heat, laundry, and other household needs. About me: This is my parent's house that I am taking care this winter of while they are out of the country. I am 38/f/ and work part-time downtown, mostly in the evenings. We’re looking for housemates who are considerate, quiet, and busy with their own work or school schedules. I like to maintain a friendly, relaxed, and clean environment.
