Roommate Wanted in Osprey Apartments

I’m looking for someone interested in sharing a 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom, roughly 700-square foot fully-furnished apartment in a safe, quiet neighborhood 5 miles from Aberdeen Proving Ground. I’m planning to move out soon and am looking for someone to sign onto the lease. More pictures available upon request. Your half of the monthly rent is roughly $740 (varies slightly depending on utility usage), which includes utilities and high-speed Internet access. Your room includes a twin-sized bed, office chair, and end tables. The apartment includes laundry facilities, off-street parking, and a pool. You’ll share the apartment with Francis, a quiet, clean, and professional middle-aged male who works from late morning to evenings at least 6 days / week.
