Judy Has a House for Rent

I am a proud owner of my home I rebuilt the grind and up I did a lot of remodeling to my home to get where it's at it's wonderful to be able to rent out rooms to wonderful human beings that is responsible tenants that pay rent no time and now I am a retirement teacher and I've been a landlord for almost a year I'm just looking for someone that takes room 2 which is available to rent at this moment it's a good room I rebuilt it , I remodel it and I just want another person to take care of my rooms keep it clean that means the world to me I will doing a background check to make sure I am safe whoever comes in my home That's all I can say by myself I'm a very good landlord
