We are a quiet, professional couple and have hosted people from Switzerland, Mexico, Italy, Uruguay, Germany, Korea, and many other places. Rent is MONTH TO MONTH and includes all utilities and wifi. There is a washer and dryer and you will also have limited access to the kitchen. Our home is a non-smoking, non-drinking and drug -free environment. No pets or overnight guests allowed.
