Monique Has a House for Rent

We have a single family home with separate entrance to the garden unit. Guests reside in the garden unit while we occupy the 1st floor unit. There is one bedroom in the unit with in- room office and television and it can accommodate 2 people. You will have your own entrance, bathroom, WIFI, mini refrigerator, and microwave. The guest room is fully furnished with bed, dresser, desk, mirror, lamps, and linens. Heating - radiant heat; Cooling- oscillating fans. There is a shared laundry facility with shared freezer on your garden level. There is also a shared common area living room that has basic cable, and Roku. There is private parking in the side driveway in a designated parking area should you choose to rent a car. We have 1 child, age 12 years old and one family dog.
