Jupiter Has an Apartment for Rent

I am a Single, Christian Male. I live alone and do not have any pets. I am self employed through gig economy jobs such as ride share and courier apps. I am rarely home because of this so the apartment is usually empty, but I do live here so I will be here at some point to sleep at least. I did have a listing in other platforms, but would get people trying to rent out the room for other people not listed on the account and I didn't feel comfortable with that. I definitely want there to be good energy between us. I live a sober lifestyle and usely rented the room out to people here on business, students and for the convention center. The apartment is located off of West Broad Street and isn't far from downtown. The extra room has a memory foam type single bed, TV, computer (internet) and microwave. I do have a washing machine, but no dryer. There is parking in front of the apt and on the street. I do have security cameras so you can feel safer. I also have an XBox 360 with plenty of games to play. Window ACs. I'm super chill and will definitely give you your space.
