Ryan Has a House for Rent

Do you want to live in an empty, boring apartment...or would you rather live with some cool, fun young people in a house with every toy and amenity you could ever want? I am looking for a housemate in their 20s or 30s to share a cool house in a great quiet neighborhood in South West Vegas. The common areas in the house come furnished, but the bedroom does not. The house has EVERYTHING you could want: a outdoor theater projection screen to watch TV and movies on, arcade basketball, pool table, two separate living rooms to hang out in and cool roommates. Anyhow, first and last month's rent and common expenses moves you in. Rooms go From $600-$800 and We each chip in $200 for all the expenses around the house, including a weekly housekeeper, internet, streaming service and TV, utilities, shared cleaning supplies, toilet paper and paper towels, etc. For about the same as you'd pay alone for just internet and TV, you get a full service house with a housekeeper and a whole lot more. No smoking in the house, no hard drugs, no pets, and only one person per room. NO exceptions on these! First and last month's rent (plus first and last common expenses) for move in.
