Krissy Has a House for Rent

My daughter is 20 and a full time college student. We plan on moving out prior to anyone moving in. That’s why every room is for rent. Prices range from $500 for a shared room up to $1500 for the very luxurious private master suite with private balcony. The average price for a single occupancy bedroom is about $1000 but everything is open to negotiation. Please talk to me and let me know your budget and what your interests are and maybe we can work something out. I’m trying to get this place rented out as quickly as possible. The basement can be split between two people for $500 each as well as the room with the bunk bed. Ask me if you need clarification.
