Krissy Has a House for Rent

My daughter is 20 and a full time college student. We are in the process of trying to move closer to Chicago and where she is interning in Orlando Park. Would be willing to give portion off the rent if someone wants to be property manager. We plan on moving out prior to anyone moving in. That’s why every room is for rent. Room prices range from $500 per person for a shared room up to $1500 OBO for the very luxurious private master suite with private balcony and huge bathroom. The average price for a single occupancy bedroom is about $1000 but everything is open to negotiation. Please talk to me and let me know your budget and schedule is and what your interests are and maybe we can work something out. I’m trying to get this place rented out as quickly as possible. The basement can even be split between two people for $500 each as well as the room with the bunk bed room. Otherwise it’s $750 for each of those rooms single.
