Claudia Has a House for Rent

We are a warm and friendly couple who wants to share our beautiful Mediterranean home. We're easy to get along with, which is the reason that our guests come back numerous times as we rent to traveler healthcare workers who have assignments for 13 weeks, with option to renew for additional 13 week allotments. Many roommates were with us as long as 2 years. We are located in quiet, and safe neighborhood with a park only a few blocks away. This Elegant room is furnished with a comfortable queen bed, 2 side tables, a dresser, and a fan. Steps away is the bath with shower/tub. We have a well equipped kitchen, family room with tv, dining and living room, The serene backyard is boasting with a garden full of flowers, vegetables, and fruit trees, with areas to sit, and hang out with coffee or a glass of wine after a stressful workday.
