House is close to Mavis town center (Heartland) and a 10 min drive to Square one (less if no traffic). Close to busses. Close to grocery stores. Very friendly fun people. Open to social people who like to throw parties or bookworms/ people who like to keep to themselves. Weed only welcome INDOORS on weekends, weekdays smoke outside.
