MughAwiyatu Has a Room for Rent

I have been living in this basement for many years. I have one room (with a closet and a storage shelving) that I am no longer using, and I would like a lady (age:18-31) to take it so I can save money to overcome a coming economic crisis; the room is large enough to be occupied by two ladies since it is 130 sqft (The rule in VA is at least 50sqft per person). There is no TV living room for sofa and PC desk and watching TV.  Share toilet/bath. All utilities are included (Heat/AC, Trash, Water, Electricity). No smoking/vaping Nicotine and no Tobacco and no Alcohol and no Cannabis and no Heroin and no Cocaine and there is no cooking for me, it is as most U.S. College dorms unless you have to cook with the gas stove/oven in the kitchen. Next to the kitchen, there is enough space for jumping rope on concrete and doing shoulder press and squats and lunges and push-ups and lats and rows and shrugs and curls. NO GUEST ALLOWED. No excessive noise between 23:00 and 06:00. Thanks in advance for being interested in sharing my living space. Once you move in, you become a tenant of this house, and you can talk to me MughAwiyatu about any subject. I did visit South of Arabian Peninsula and Mauritania, and that is why I understand some Arabic. I am a Mohammedan, and I am BROWN and my origin is Bamako Mali Africa (ex-member of ECOWAS) but I don’t understand Malinke nor French. I am a single man and working in private security service in Arlington County in the state of Virginia in Amerigo.
