About the Space: The room is available for $650 a month, which includes all utilities—no hidden fees or extra bills to worry about. This means you’ll have high-speed internet, water, and electricity all taken care of. There’s also a shared bathroom, which is exclusive to tenants renting this part of the house, so you’ll have privacy and minimal sharing with others. Amenities: One of the biggest perks of living here is the access to all the essential amenities you’ll need. We have an in-unit washer and dryer, so doing laundry is convenient and included in the price. No need for trips to the laundromat or separate laundry fees! Besides that, the kitchen is fully equipped and open for all tenants to use, along with our dining room, living room, and a comfortable porch. Whether you want to cook, relax in the common areas, or enjoy some fresh air on the porch, you’ll have plenty of options for both privacy and socializing. House Rules: We keep things pretty relaxed, with just a few guidelines in place to maintain a peaceful, respectful environment for everyone. We ask that everyone: • Pays rent on time to keep everything running smoothly. • Keeps noise down after 11 p.m. so everyone can enjoy a good night’s sleep. • Treats the space with respect, taking care of the property and keeping things tidy. • Refrains from smoking indoors (smoking is allowed outside only). • No pets are allowed, as we’re not set up for animal accommodations. Additional Info: To make sure our household continues to be a great fit for everyone, we do require a background and roommate history check. This helps us maintain a harmonious and safe environment for all tenants. Since we have a specific setup here, we can’t accommodate every unique request, but we try our best to keep things functional and comfortable for everyone.
