Here are the details: - **Private Room**: 1 bedroom available for rent on a month-to-month basis, with a minimum stay of 90 days required. - **Rent**: $900 per month, plus a $150 security deposit. “Queen Bedroom” **Included in the Rent**: - Private bedroom - Shared upstairs bathroom (for Rental Rooms 1, 2, and 3) - Access to common areas and the kitchen - Each renter will receive an access code for easy entry to the front door - Essential furnishings for the bedroom - Extra bedding - Two towels - Dresser, Nightstand, Mirror in room, Rug, Queen bed, - Hangers, door Organizer, nightstand lamp, Google Nest device, Laundry basket, curtain blinds (not yet hung up so its optional if you'd like that put up) please let owner know. - Cable and internet **Not Included in the Rent**: - Utilities (water and sewer) **House Rules**: - No additional pets allowed. - No overnight guests permitted. - No smoking or drug use of any kind is allowed. - Renters must be respectful, organized, and compassionate towards others.
