Dayne Has a Townhouse for Rent

Hey I'm Dayne, I'll be living in a 2 bd 1 bath Townhome starting early December, and I'm looking for a potential roommate to help share costs. I work nights at U of R in emergency, outside of work I prefer to either relax at home, travel, or go work out/hike/camp. I'm looking for someone respectful, financially responsible, and clean. No parties or random people coming in and out. My child will be here a couple times a week and I need to know it's a safe place for him. As much as I love animals, at the time, my son is young enough that I'm not comfortable having animals in the home again yet. Asking $900 / month. I'm sober, no alcohol in home, no smoking. THC okay (vape or edibles/drinkables). Fully furnished. Has pool. Has tennis courts. Right on the Erie canal pathway. Easy access onto the highway.
