We have a beautiful private bedroom (2nd Floor) available. Very convenient and safe area to live. You can move in at anytime. Very convenient to the nearby Chinese and Korean supermarket, COSTCO, and BJ. You can take Bus 162/163 downstairs (1 minute walk from our apartment) to Manhattan within 30 minutes. Utility and Internet bills are both included. Rent: $870/month. You will be living with my mother-the landlady in her early 60s and another female Asian roommate. My mother is an immigrant from China and has been living in New Jersey for 20+ years. She understands conversational English pretty well and works at a nail salon full-time. We are only looking for a quiet female Asian roommate or an international student from China due to my mother's language barrier and limited-English proficiency. No pets allowed. No parties/overnight guests allowed. You can cook, but you must keep the kitchen and common space area clean.
