Rebecca Has a House for Rent

A newly renovated, modern 3000SF house with 5 bedrooms and no children yet, to fill them! We are a young couple, currently with no children, but a small and friendly fur baby, Pearl. We have been hosting students for the past 3 years and enjoy the company, cultures, and experience, until we have our own family to fill our lovely house with! We are active, hard working professionals. We have flexible schedules, and provide a cool, casual, very chill home environment where rules aren't necessary as long as we respect one another and clean up after ourselves (I also clean everything, A LOT)! We love cooking all kinds of cuisine, trying new foods and recipes, and DESSERT! NEIGHBORHOOD & AMENITIES We live in an active, quiet and safe neighborhood on Capital Hill in North Burnaby with amazing views of the City, ocean, and mountains. 10 minutes to SFU, 10 mins to BCIT, 25-30mins to downtown Vancouver. a 5 min walk to Confederation Park & Community Centre with a brand new library, indoor pool & leisure/fitness centre, track & fields, tennis courts, ping pong tables, picnic areas and more (see pics in our photo gallery). We are 2 short blocks (about a 2 min walk) Hastings St where you can catch a direct bus into downtown Vancouver - quick and easy! All our homestay rooms include 3 MEALS PER DAY, and the following: - delicious, well rounded meals (3 per day) - if no meals required, lower rate can be negotiated - bed, fresh linens - desk, lamp - bedside table - closet w/organizer - clothes dresser - Wifi - private bathroom (upper level rooms) - tub/shower w/modern fixtures and finishes - full access to new HE laundry machines (machines on each level, all detergent provided) - TV screen available upon request (included in Room #3)
