Drinking ok have use of washer dryer kitchen private bath bedroom. If you quiet person don't smoke if u do ok too, not a heavy drinker. I will consider someone that have job and looking to save their money looking to move to your own place in 3 to 6mos or person here on temporary business trip wanting to save money on extended stay prices.
