Mom of two adorable girls looking for a Female roommate to share our beautiful 2 bedroom 2 bath home. Our home has a 1 bedroom with private bathroom available for $950.00 utilities included. Deposit $500.00. Our home provides internet, printer, laundry, room for storage in garage, front and backyard shared kitchen and living room space. We are close to shopping, interstate 80, American Community College for college students. I’m requesting verification of employment and reference’s from other roommate situations. My girls and I are low key very routine I work and the girls go to school and in home daycare. We are wanting someone who can fit along with us because we are a family home. We have a cat named Gizmo sorry no other pets allowed.
