The building is located on the Upper West Side, within walking distance of both Columbia University and Central Park. Our coliving community is a perfect fit for a student, intern, or young professional, including international roommates. The apartment is fully furnished and features 5 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, allowing for two rooms to share one bathroom and three rooms to share the other. The common space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and laundry. Also, the apartment has both a dining area and a lounge area with a smart TV. High-speed internet is included. All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules everyone must follow and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. We provide all basic cleaning supplies to set you up for success!
