The building is located on the Upper West Side, next to Central Park, and close to Columbia University. Our coliving community is a perfect fit for a student, intern, or young professional, including international roommates. We have two apartments in this building, so there is an opportunity to easily meet even more roommates in our community. The apartment is fully furnished and features 4 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. The common space includes a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, microwave, and laundry, as well as a lounge area. High-speed internet is included. All our apartments have an in-house representative who helps us ensure the apartment is well-maintained and that all roommates thrive. We have general house rules everyone must follow and a weekly cleaning schedule everyone must participate in. In order to set you up for success, we provide all basic cleaning supplies. All bedrooms have a full bed, a nightstand, a closet, a dresser, a private heater, black-out curtains, and recess lighting. One bedroom room has an AC.
