If you know of somebody trustworthy looking for a place to rent or even yourself… let us know! When not rented out, we also offer week or weekend stays. Furnished casita (guest house) for rent ~ $1300 per month with one year lease, security deposit of $600. $1800 per month for month to month lease. WiFi, water, electric, gas and trash included. No pets and outside nicotine smoking only. The Casita is located in our backyard. This is a family neighborhood so no loud or large parties.
