Rooms are in a spacious basement were guests have separate entrance, washroom and their own kitchen (stocked with pans, pots, plates, glasses, cups, utensils...) NON-SMOKING INDIVIDUALS ONLY DUE TO ALLERGIES (including weed, vape....)!!! If you are a smoker please don't book!!! ... even if you are smoking outside the smell follows PARKING: Street parking available, permit conditions: There is a fee of $10 per permit. Permits are available for up to 10 consecutive days and up to 60 days per calendar year (i.e. Jan. 1 to Dec. 31). Permits are non-transferable between licence plate numbers. Unused permit dates cannot be cancelled and reissued at a later time if the dates have already passed.
