Come stay in our beautiful "Urban Oasis Room" for two! Relaxing & comfortable. Quaint Citrus Heights home near I-80 (1.8 miles) & Hwy 50 (10 miles). Centrally located from Roseville (5.4 miles), Folsom (6.9 miles), & Downtown Sacramento (12 miles). Modern decor. Well maintained & kept. Home resides in safe, quiet neighborhood and backs up to a greenbelt which adds to its charm. Additional room "Beachside Retreat", also, available in home for a total of 4 people (2 ppl per room). Room is beautifully decorated. Comfortable and relaxing. Shared guest bathroom. Private refrigerator available in the room for guest use. Stocked with bottled water and coffee creamer. Coffee and tea available for guests. Breakfast not available at this time. Guest access Living room, kitchen, dining room, laundry room, bathroom, patio/back yard Interaction with guests Friendly hosts on site. Interaction is by guest choice *No outside pets. Hosts have dogs and cats. No smoking, vaping, recreational drug use (including marijuana), or drinking allowed.
