Michael Has a House for Rent

I have a very young 54 years old. I get along well with younger people, I love sports, I love electronics and I love movies. I love reading a good book. I keep to myself and stay out of people's business unless it affects me. I'm retired from the army. I came out as being gay when I was 30 years old. I am very happy with my life I am financially secure and I do not have to work which is very nice and I realize how fortunate I am. Some extra income never hurts however. I keep a very clean home, nice furniture and nice electronics you are free to use. I love music. All genres. Washer and dryer on premises. The yard is maintained very well and looks nice. I think you will be very comfortable calling this house home. I don't really mind anything the only thing I ask that you not do is hard drugs at the house. If you smoke marijuana that's fine, just please do it outside. Same with cigarettes although I hope you do not smoke. We have a lot of fun, I like to drink a few beers on weekends and barbecue on the deck.
