My mom and I live together in a 2-story home of about 2,200 square feet with a garage. It is located in East Brainerd, about 5 minutes from Hamilton Place Mall, is in a highly desirable and safe location, is in a very friendly and safe community, and has sidewalks throughout the neighborhood. Inside the lower level has a foyer, a very large space where the kitchen, kitchen table, and living room are, a bathroop pool, a separate dining room, and a Master's suite with a full bath and jacuzzi you're welcome to use. The downstairs is newly and fully all hardwood. When you go up the L-shaped staircase to the newly carpeted 2nd floor where there's a full bath and 4 rooms-your bedroom being the largest. We have a queen-sized bed and night stand available if desired. We have a nice screened-in back porch with a collection of water fountains and a large level back yard.
