Ray Has a House for Rent

We are looking for a student living with us, we take girls only. If the guests is under the age of 18, they must be accompanied by an adult or guardian. Highlights about living here with us: 1. Convenient transportation Our house is located in ONE minute off Exit 22 on Interstate freeway 405. 18 minutes to Bellevue, 28 minutes to Seattle. 2. Quiet environment and safe & secure neighborhood. My house is in the very inside of a 38-home community, with backside a condo community, quiet and highly secured neighborhood. 3. House age: It was built in 2012 with 3 beds, 2.5 bathrooms. We have 2 large fridges, an 86' TV and 100 Mbps internet. The renter will have a dedicated bathroom. The 2nd bedroom (south facing) is for rent, 180 SQF. A queen bed with premium mattress is included. 4. Schools and colleges in radius: a. University of Washington Bothell, direct distance 2.2 miles and driving in 5 minutes. b. Tesla STEM High School (Elon Musk) - 25 minutes drive. c. Countless private high and middle schools in 10 minutes range. 5. Accommodations: We offer light breakfast, but not lunch or dinner. You can cook using our kitchen though. If your middle schooler or high schooler has to have the meals cooked by us, cost is extra. 6. Transportations: We offer commuting drop-off and pick-up daily to and from your school or other institute that you or your child is studying/working in [30 min or less drive one-way]. Bus stop is by the entrance of our community too. Cost is extra if pick-up/drop-off is needed. 7. Communication Our family speak Mandarin and English. 8. Parking If the renter drives, an outdoor in-front-of-house space is available. 9. Terms: We have a daughter who is going to high school this year (2024). We have a dog who is sweet and very friendly, no barking at all. 10. Renter's status in the US: He/She needs to be either a citizen, a green card holder or with F-1 or J-1 visa. We do not provide any sort of sponsorship to enter or stay in the US. 11. Medical insurance - the renter must to have their own medical insurance.
