Erika Has an Apartment for Rent

Hello! This is my two bedroom apartment in Hell’s Kitchen. It will be available on May 1st. I would love to find a Roomate in her mid to late 20s or 30s. Just a few things about the apartment : NO FEE! -located in low 50s and 10th Ave. Pretty quiet. -6 min from Lincoln Tunnel and about 10 minutes from Westchester County, right on the west side highway. -Really quick access to peers about a three minute walk to all the piers and west side highway. 7 min walk to time square and all subways. 28 min walk to vessel/hudson yards. - rent $2500(water and electric included in rent) - WiFi $22 each -Fully renovated apartment from head to toe, with all new appliances (has dishwasher, microwave, all that) - furnished with pretty new furniture ( all my stuff) -door man building -high rise (has 38 floors) -secure mail rooms -rent controlled, so you’ll never see the rent go up -in building gym -huge building laundry room -Huge balcony overlooking the Hudson river and city view ( my favorite part ) - Giant bedrooms, my Roomate has a full in there, but I have a king bed in my room! (we still don’t know how we got this apartment for an amazing deal) -two full closets for clothing for yourself -resident lounge with pool table -near grocery stores, restaurants, anything you can think of we have it here. -ac in units / heat in units About me: I’m 33, work a lot, in medical device sales, I work from Monday to Friday, I’ve been in this apartment for two years and absolutely love it, I literally can’t leave it because I don’t know how it got such a good deal. I am originally from New Jersey, and never thought I could be so comfortable in Manhattan ! I do have a car in the city parked in a parking garage, I travel a lot for work and personal, I go out from time to time, but nothing too crazy. I love just relaxing and winding down during the week, sometimes grab dinners. Love to exercise. I’m not messy, so maybe looking for someone that likes to keep things clean and organized. I’m good at communicating, and I am very down to earth 🙂. You might catch me in my bedroom most of the time however I do love the occasional movie on the couch.
