Amanda Has a House for Rent

Looking for ONE roommate who is neat, responsible, respectful, and reliable. Please do not inquire should you have children as this is a private ONE bedroom. Do not message me if you’re not serious, or if you are thinking this is a simple way to “get to know me better.” You will be signing a one year lease agreement, which may be renewed per year as long as both parties are in agreement. 2-3 Professional references and income verification will be required. You may also be asked to submit a credit report check; the contact for the credit check will be provided should the meeting / viewing go well. A security deposit of 1200 in addition to first month’s rent of 1200 will also be required upon signing of contract if it’s the 1st of the month. 15th would be prorated. The room will be empty / unfurnished upon move in date. The house is shared by myself and my MALE best friend, but you will have your own bedroom on the first/main floor.
