Monica Has a House for Rent

I am seeking a professional quiet + clean roommate who is an excellent communicator and has good energy! :) My ranch town home, is centrally located in Denver's quiet and safe Lowry neighborhood, 1400 square feet with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The bedrooms are at opposite ends of the town home, so it works out great. I keep the place really clean and would like to find a roommate who is also super clean. There is no cable, but there is a television in your room with a Roku, Netflix, and 30 local channels. Rent includes utilities/internet, your bedroom, private bathroom and a shared kitchen. The room is a large 13x13 with your bathroom across the hall from the bedroom. The room has a ceiling fan and a medium sized closet with extra shelves. There is no storage in the house except your closet. No firearms or weapons allowed. I’m not open to renting to couples, or overnight guests etc. I have a Bengal cat that is nine years old and hyper allergenic in case you are allergic to cats you won’t be with EMMY! Please no pot or cigarette smokers or people who drink excessively. There is a 65.00 cleaning/turn over fee at end of lease
