The unit has a washer and dryer inside and plenty of private complex or street parking but no assigned spot... . Your room will have a queen size bed a dresser a full closet with sliding mirror doors and a bedside table. A 55 inch TV in your bedroom which has YouTube TV and an international box to watch all channels or old movies. You will have full use of the shareable space in the apartment and the 75 inch television in the living room. The rent will include all utilities... There's a common room penthouse area that has a large patio overlooking downtown the airport and point Loma area... It also has a game room area with a pool table / ping pong... and a 24-hour fitness center... There is plenty of private complex or street parking but no assigned spot...
