Rate includes utilities (including internet and major TV networks), room with full/queen bed, clothing storage, large screen TV, and adjoining bathroom with bathtub/shower. Also included: bed and bath linens, use of shared common spaces: den room, dining area, full kitchen, sunroom, and washer/dryer. Private fenced backyard with mature trees and an outdoor seating/gathering areas complete with hot tub, firepit and large screen TV. Tenant must love dogs. I have a 1-year-old professionally trained Lab rescue who has just been certified as a therapy dog. Also have the occasional visit of our beloved retired K9 German Shepherd who lives with my son when home from college. So yes, we have some dog hair. Not going to apologize. I am also a healthcare worker and live on site.
