Chris Has a House for Rent

I am a professional looking for other professionals or students. Currently, I have 2 rooms available. One of them is $1000/month and will be sharing a bathroom with another gentlemen. The other is $1200/month, considerably bigger room than the other one and will have its own bathroom. Rent includes water, electricity, wifi, and lawn care. It also includes use of all of the amenities in the house including fully furnished kitchen, dining room, and living room. I’ll be requiring an $850 security deposit, and if you choose to opt for month to month renting I will require a 30 day notice before you leave.
