Standard Single Room Has an Apartment for Rent

A single-person living space, within a unit shared by two to four other people. This room is furnished with a regular lofted twin-size bed, a dresser, an armoire, and a desk with chair. The room features access to an in-unit bathroom and a kitchenette complete with a stove top, small refrigerator and microwave. Please note, although this room is for one occupant, there may be extra furniture in the room that can be used for extra storage. Rate is per person, and for the entire semester.
