Maximilius Has an Apartment for Rent

Hey guys, my name’s Max Fielder. I’m looking for some roommates to join the lease to my apartment since my previous one moved out. It’s a 4 bedroom 1 bathroom, and I’m looking to fill the 2 empty rooms. Both are going for 750 each, or 1500 together utilities included. Perfect for you or a friend, or if you’re looking for a bedroom and an office space. The apartment is located in Bedstuy Brooklyn, just a short walk from the C and A train. Not too far from Broadway Junction either, where you can catch the J, L, and Z trains. There’s an in-unit dishwasher and laundry matt right around the corner. There's also a couple of parks nearby if you need a breath of fresh air. I'm okay with pets as well. Looking for someone to move in by June 1st, but earlier is better. A little bit about myself, I work full-time and mostly keep to myself. Though I will occasionally have a friend or guest over. I’m not too much of a neat freak as long as the common areas are kept clean, but your room is yours to keep however you want. I myself don’t have pets, but I’d love to meet yours. I’m very friendly, but also very respectful of other personal space and privacy. You’ll find me with my nose buried deep in a book, or watch 4 hour long YouTube essays.
