My name is Jorge, I’m a 32yr old professional working full time, so I’m barely home. I am a friendly, clean, chill guy who likes to do last minute movie dates with my girlfriend and on my days off binge watch a Netflix show. I like to attend sport events, concerts and occasionally catch a Broadway show which you’ll be more than welcome to join if you’d like! I’d be down to hang out in the living room or have a spontaneous bbq in the backyard but I also respect people’s privacy and will give you your space. First month and deposit due, no exceptions. Spacious large bedroom in a well-maintained 2 Bedroom Apartment. Room is unfurnished. Utilities are included. Room has its own private backyard access (just for you to use). Shared backyard, living room, kitchen and bathroom. Located in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood with a bus stop right around the corner that will take you to multiple train lines in either direction. If you drive, there are no alternate-side parking rules! Conveniently located around the corner from a laundromat, steps from CVS, restaurants, bars and delis. Key Food is close by, Queens Center Mall is a 5min drive. Close to several parks for you to enjoy as well. Looking for a responsible, respectful, easy-going person who is able to pay on time and can keep the shared living spaces clean.
